Classic Herb Sausages

A classic homestyle sausage packed with herbs and ingredients that are good for you, as well as being really tasty. They contain protein from beans and B12 from nutritional yeast.

These sausages are perfectly matched for mustards, gravy and your choice of kraut. Wrap in pastry for a sausage roll, add to stews and big brekkies. 

Thaw before cooking. Cook gently in shallow oil in a pan or on a barbecue until golden.
Sausages are in packs of seven, with a minimum weight of 420g.

Keep in the fridge, sealed, for seven days and up to a year in the freezer.
